We act as an intermediary between you ("the customer", "you") and third-party travel service providers, including airlines and other service operators. By using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2Our Role

Diaspora AI:
- Does not operate airlines
- Does not control flight schedules, availability, or pricing
- Does not issue airline tickets itself
- Does not guarantee airline performance
We facilitate bookings on your behalf using information provided by airlines and travel partners. Your contract of carriage is directly with the airline, not with Diaspora AI.
3Eligibility to Use the Platform
To use Diaspora AI, you must:

4Flight Search & Pricing
4.1 Indicative Prices
Prices shown during search are indicative only and may change before booking confirmation due to:
- Airline repricing
- Seat availability
- Taxes, fees, or currency fluctuations
4.2 Final Price Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once:
- Payment is successfully completed
- A booking reference / confirmation is issued
If a price changes before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.
5Booking Process
When making a booking, you agree that:
- Passenger details must exactly match travel documents
- You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of names, dates, and passport details
- Errors may result in additional charges or denied boarding
6Payments
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown, including:
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Diaspora AI does not store full card or payment details.
7Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
7.1 Airline Rules Apply
All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the airline's fare rules. Some tickets are non-refundable, have change fees, or may not allow any modifications.
7.2 Our Assistance
Where permitted, Diaspora AI may assist with requests, but:
- We cannot override airline policies
- Processing times depend on airlines and banks
- Service fees (if charged) are non-refundable
7.3 Voluntary Cancellations
If you cancel a booking voluntarily, refunds (if any) are subject to airline approval and deductions.
8Flight Disruptions
Diaspora AI is not responsible for:
- Delays or cancellations
- Schedule changes
- Missed connections
- Strikes, weather, or operational disruptions
In such cases, your rights lie directly with the airline. We may assist with communication but do not guarantee outcomes.
9Travel Documents
You are solely responsible for:
- Passports & Visas
- Transit requirements
- Health documents & entry restrictions
Informational guidance provided by us does not constitute legal advice. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding.
10Service Availability
We strive for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available.
Maintenance, updates, technical failures, or external service disruptions may occur. Diaspora AI shall not be liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.
11User Conduct
You agree not to exploit, abuse, or use automated tools on the Platform without permission.
Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity may result in account suspension, booking cancellation, or legal action.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diaspora AI shall not be liable for:

13. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Diaspora AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if these Terms are breached or misuse is detected.
